Pompano Beach has been a city that seems to be always listed on the tops of lists in real estate markets. Below are some tips we’ve had to learn about what makes neighborhoods in Pompano Beach special.

Cypress Isles

Cypress Isles has been very popular over the years because it offers affordable family homes right along the waterfront. Remember: there aren’t many places you can find waterfront housing for lower prices! The entire neighborhood sits on a 12-foot fixed bridge, which means larger vessels can move along under them. This vicinity has been especially enjoyable for those who enjoy boating and want to be within close proximities of the surrounding beaches.  

Harbor Village

Harbor Village was made for those who love to boat. Because the neighborhood is within minutes of the Hillsboro Inlet, boaters have access to many wide, protected canals and a clear path to the ocean with no fixed bridges to get in their ways. The fishing pier is also within the area which means residents will be able to try the plethora of bars and restaurants that are available while they take in the great ocean views.

Santa Barbara Shores

The waterfront homes within the Santa Barbara Shores neighborhood are something to be envious of. It’s a smaller, laid back community with protected access to canals, which allows boaters to use the Hillsboro Inlet as much as they want. While homes run a little higher in this neighborhood, you’ll find it’s a great place to raise a family and live the quiet beach life you’ve been dreaming of.

Hillsboro Shores

Hillsboro Shores has been considered an island of its own for those who live and visit there. The small neighborhood consists of single-family home, condominiums, and town homes that are offered at great prices considering the extremely close proximity to the beach. Many of the homes here also have two private access points to the beach, which means residents can avoid crowds and become in-the-know of the best secret spots around before anyone else. This neighborhood does offer its residents the option to become part of the Hillsboro Shores Improvement Association, which can come with some great benefits including social activities and events.
