Post Surgery Aftercare 

The first step in ensuring the longevity of your Full Mouth Dental Implants is to take proper care of yourself following the surgery to insert them. Follow your surgeon/dentist’s instructions carefully and avoid hard foods that could damage your implants during the healing period. Try sticking to a strictly soft food diet for at least a week following your surgery. 

Maintain Good Oral Hygiene  

After your teeth have been fitted, maintain good basic oral hygiene. This includes twice-daily brushing and flossing with a suitable toothbrush and toothpaste. Ask your dentist to recommend the best products for you to use and stick with them, remembering to replace your toothbrush regularly. It’s also important to note that smoking increases the risk of implant failure. It’s worth kicking the habit for your health in general, but certainly, if you want the best chance for your implants to stand the test of time.
